The SGUnited Traineeship Programme was introduced to provide opportunities for fresh graduates who had graduated into the turbulent aftermath caused by Covid-19. Dashmesh joined the programme to better enable the youth of today as well. Praveen, a fresh graduate from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), was brought onboard as a Logistics and Operations Management Trainee.
Praveen was featured in Tamil Murasu, Singapore’s highest rated Tamil newspaper, highlighting the various experiences and aspirations that he held for the future. He highlights the initial concerns he held about his future, and explains how working at Dashmesh has improved his skills as an individual.
Praveen speaks about the freedom he had been given in decision-making as well as the initial difficulties he faced which was eventually dispelled via assistance from his colleagues.
